A.I.M.S ADJUSTERS SDN BHD was founded and established in May 1984, by Encik Aziz Bin Hj. Tahir.
In August 2002, Encik Kamaruddin Bin Hj. Endut, a corporate entrepreneur, acquired the major stake of the company. The remaining stake of Encik Aziz Hj. Tahir was taken up shortly thereafter by Encik Mohd Saberi Muda, an enterprising businessmen and after corporate restructuring, resulting in the forming of a strong new management team.
The company under the new management attained their first landmark in February 2001 when they moved to their own building premises and occupying three stories of a sectional seven storied commercial building complex known as the ‘Diamond Square Commercial Centre’, located Off Jalan Gombak, Kuala Lumpur.
The parent company, ENSIDESA SDN BHD, is an established civil engineering and construction company which engages in turnkey projects. The ENSIDESA Group of Companies comprises the following:

A.I.M.S. Adjusters Sdn Bhd is committed to the implementation of the Government’s New Development Policy. Presently, the company has branches in Kuala Lumpur, Sungai Petani covering northern region (Penang, Kedah and Perlis), Ipoh, Melaka, Kuantan, Kuala Terengganu, Kota Bharu and Johor Bharu. The management has plans to expand the present operations throughout Peninsula Malaysia in the immediate foreseeable future and thereafter to Sabah and Sarawak. In the very near future, we will set up our new branch office in Penang.
All offices are fully computerized with fax facilities and these offices are operating with local area networked computer system interlinked through modems. The intention of this is to enhance both the speed and quality of our services. We exercise a policy of being available twenty-four hours a day, every day of the year. We also recognize that it is imperative to provide a service to the parties we are dealing with and service standard are imposed and monitored for compliance.
We operate independently, serving the needs of a wide client base. Our diverse staff has the training and background to attend all the claims.
